Pay Stubs and W-2s

Carolinas Staffing Solutions enables you to view your pay stubs online using ViewMyPayCheck by Intuit!

 

There are 2 ways to access this feature using your computer or mobile device:

  1. An Intuit Account – If you have an account on the Intuit.com account you can use that login information.
  2. Social Security Number and Last Net Pay – Intuit will allow you to access your information using your Social Security Number (SSN) and also the net pay of your last paycheck. The net pay is your take home pay, or the amount you received on your last check using the exact dollars and cents in this format $377.42

Once you have this information ready:

  1. Use your web browser to visit www.paychecks.intuit.com
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Type in and confirm your password that you will use for this account.
  5. Choose your security question. This will be use if you forget your password.
  6. Click Sign Up
  7. Enter your Social Security Number and the exact amount of your last paycheck
  8. Click All Done!

Once you are logged into your Intuit account, you should see a button to Download Your W-2
