Carolinas Staffing is looking for 4-6 Call Center Technicians in Bolivia, NC for a Contract position. This is a 3 to 6 month assignment with the possibility of going full time. This position will start November 27th.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

– You will be taking calls regarding LIEAP and Medicaid expansion.

– You will need excellent customer service skills.

– You must be comfortable talking on the phone in a room with others nearby. They

– You will need to have good listening skills to determine the needs of the caller.

– You must be able to answer callers’ questions using information provided and have good computer skills to be able to look up information in NC FAST.

– You must also be able to maintain strict confidentiality.

– You must have great computer skills

Skills:

– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

– Proficiency in data entry and computer systems – Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and prioritize customer needs – Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable – Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.95 and hour

Shift: Monday -Friday 8:30 am -5 pm
