Full-Time Position, benefits after 3-month probationary period. Performs a variety of unskilled to semi-skilled tasks with the maintenance, repair and cleaning of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Work is often done independently under the general direction and guidance of higher-level maintenance personnel. This position assists higher-level maintenance personnel engaged in electrical, plumbing, building, mechanical and other trades related functions. Assignments are received in oral and written form. Cleans amenity bathrooms and picnic areas. Uses a variety of trades related tools, gauges, and equipment. Performs entry level work in the electrical, building, plumbing, mechanical, and other trades related fields. Paints – minor fixtures. Installs and repairs landscape lighting. Cleans rest rooms, floors, and walls . Stages trash receptacles for county removal and returns to storage. Removes bagged dog waste from stations and stocks inventory. Must be skilled in minor repair person duties. Ability to read and write English, at minimum one year of experience performing a variety of tasks in minor “handyman” maintenance and housekeeping of buildings, grounds, and facilities; or an equivalent combination off training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. SPECI*AL*REQUIREMENT (S}Possession of a valid United States driver’s license. Use of Personal Vehicle (mileage reimbursed monthly). Must have collection of every-day tools. Clean driving record (no DWls/DUls). Must be able to pass an Employer Background Check. Requires the ability to exert up to fifty pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to twenty-five pounds of force frequently, and/or up to ten pounds of force constantly to move objects .Pay: $15.00 Per Hour Shift: Monday -Friday 9 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch
