Salary: 17.00

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am -5 pm

Experience: Must have Excavating, Fine grading, Blueprints reading, Dozers, Pulling and cutting slopes, Roadway Excavation, Storm Water Drainage, Utilities Water and Sewer, Ditching, Cutting Shoulders, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading, Grading for sidewalks, Driveways, curb and gutter and Cut and Fill experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate and maintain company-owned vehicles for heavy equipment transport.
  • Ensure the secure loading and unloading of heavy equipment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Plan routes to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery schedules.
  • Complete required paperwork and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding job details and scheduling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area.

Qualifications:

  • Valid DL with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment hauling.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for heavy equipment transport.
  • Ability to operate equipment trailers, including loading and unloading procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility in working hours and schedules.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment testing.
