I’m happy to articulate this communication of recommendation for the readers use – to framework this recommendation somewhat – I am one of the principals at a 35-year-old distribution company here in the area with an FTE staff size larger than our age.  Ryan and his team at CSSI have been terrific to work with, clear, concise, to the point and their flexibility and ability to change course as our needs have changed, frankly has made it easy for us to work with them – it’s the way business should be done and certainly easier than when we had worked with other agencies.  Prior to using CSSI, we had for 10+ years been using other agencies (3) however because of the cumbersome nature and overall lack of performance with those, we sought out a new relationship – sure glad we did – CSSI’s consistent performance for us over the past years has been nothing but stellar – they are our go-to agency whenever we have a need.  As I write this in one respect, providing this recommendation may bring more employers to them which in turn will create competition for us when looking for hires however and again out of respect for truth to be told, they deserve the recommendation that I’ve provided here, they have earned it.
